We also log the following information on our website: Your server address, your top level domain (eg. .com .au .uk .de etc), the date and time of your visit to Matilda, the pages accessed, previous site visited and the type of browser used. No attempt will be made to identify you or your browsing activities.

How we collect information

We may collect personal information about you when you deal with us over the telephone, send us correspondence (whether by letter, fax or email), visit our web sites or when you have contact with us in person. As well as collecting information directly from you, there may be occasions when we collect information about you from a third party.

How we use your personal information

We generally collect your personal information for the following purposes:

• to process your motorhome enquiry or supply the information you need;
• to conduct marketing activities and to conduct market research;

As ascertained by us, Matilda may put up testimonials that you may write to us, onto our websites and other publications. Please inform us if you do not wish your comments to be used online or on other publications.

Matilda never discloses any "sensitive information" such as your email, full names, phone numbers, addresses and health conditions to anyone outside of our company without first getting your consent. Only in certain cases where it is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health authorised or required by law, reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity are we to breach this.
